R.B.S. PLASTICS CO. is a full-service plastic injection molding company, providing only the highest quality parts and assemblies to a wide variety of area industries, including Medical/Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Electronics, Hardware and many other commercial and industrial products.
Our 20,000 sq. ft. facility is fully equipped to handle all grades of thermoplastic materials, including engineering grades, in the most cost-effective manner to produce accurate, consistent quality parts to meet our customers’ strictest requirements.
R.B.S. capabilities include:
 In-House Moldmaking - including single and multiple cavity, short or long run steel
molds, computer designed and manufactured in our separate, temperature-controlled
toolroom facility.
Fully Automatic Injection Molding - on 15 CNC machines ranging from 125 to 400
ton capacity, most equipped with robotics, and monitored by experienced operators
to assure consistent quality on both high and low volume production lots. High-tech
auxiliary equipment, such as heaters, chillers, loaders and material dryers allow us to
mold even the most exotic engineering resins.
Secondary Operations - including Assembly, Hot Stamping, Pad Printing, Ultrasonic
Welding and Automatic Bagging are available.
Quality Control - with all the precision inspection and measurement instruments
required to meet or exceed our customers’ strictest specifications, including SPC
procedures and MIL-I-45208A standards when required.
JIT Delivery - is offered to all customers, if needed.
Computerized Order Processing - to effectively monitor all orders from receipt
through all production steps to final delivery.
